The execution of the quality control of materials is briefly described below: Quality control of materials, supervision and recommendations. Participation in meetings. Laboratory and on-site testing. The production of the final report of the quality control of the materials. The documents necessary for the tender are available on the site of the Electronic tendering system at website. This work will be carried out under a protocol with the Ministère des Transports (MTQ) and the Ministère des Affaires municipales et de l'Habitation (MAMH). MAMHs work will be carried out under the financial assistance programs Municipal Water Infrastructure Program (PRIMEAU) and the Federal Gasoline Excise Tax Transfer (TECQ) program.
