Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Monroe, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The project includes construction of building only (all utilities to be stubbed out 10 feet) all site work will be performed by Walton County. The complete scope is outlined in the Bid Documents. Additionally, all Bidders are responsible to check the Architects FTP Site periodically for any Addenda that have been issued. Both a Performance and a Payment Bond will be required in an amount equal to 100% of the Contract Price. Proof of General Liability Insurance and Workmans Compensation Insurance will be required with The Walton County Board of Commissioners listed as an additional insured. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Funds in the amount of 5% of the Bid Amount. All Bidders must submit a Bid Bond, Form A305 Qualifications, E-verify Contractor Affidavit, verifying compliance with the Federal Work Authorization Program, and signed Walton County General Conditions form with their bid.
