Bidders are also required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 which states each bidder (contractor and subcontractors) are required to submit proof of business registration. Bids will be made on the Proposal Form in the manner designated therein as instructed by the specifications. Each solicitation must be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the PROJECT Number on each envelope. Township of Brick Grants Administrator reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any reason or for no reason whatsoever or to waive any informalities in the proposal received and to accept the bid which, in their judgment, will best serve the interest of the Township as well as reserves the right to place a limitation on the amount of housing rehabilitation projects that a contractor may have at any one time.
