Demolition, site work and renovation of a medical facility in Farmington, New Mexico. Working plans call for the demolition of a medical facility; and for the renovation of a medical facility.
As of January 2, 2024, a design team has been identified. The architectural services for the SJRMC 2nd Floor renovations is complete. The construction services will be provided under an existing agreement in the near future. The project scope consists of demolition and renovation of portions of the existing second floor Nephrology unit currently occupied by approximately 20 rooms for inpatients per day. This project allows for enhanced patient flow, enhanced patient and staff safety, enhanced renovations for rehabilitation services and will allow for accompanying support space. The County reserves the right to require a performance bond from the Offeror awarded a contract if deemed to be in the best interest of the County. The bond shall be acquired and paid for by the Offeror and shall be in form satisfactory to the County. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
