**As of April 14, 2022, project was awarded to WHISLER PLUMBING & HEATING but awarded amount is not available.** Written Request For Information deadline, per instructions to Bidders 12:00 noon Thursday January 27, 2022, by email to mjv@bshm-architects.com Construction cost is estimated at $600,000 The attention of bidders is also directed to the Equal Employment Opportunity regulations which are applicable to this project. This project is ESSER funded which will require Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage. Bidders are also directed to the Federal 2 CFR S200.322 Domestic Preferences for Procurements which is applicable to this project. If, in the opinion of the Owner or his/her delegated representative, the acceptance of the lowest bid is not in the best interest of the Owner, the Owner may accept another bid so opened or reject all bids and advertise for other bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after closing time for receipt of bids. The Board Reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities in bidding and to accept any bid deemed most favorable to the School District. PN - 2021-3014
