Site work and renovation of a civil project in Herrick, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bids are invited upon the several items and quantities of work as follows: Contract 1 - Water System Improvements 2017: Rehabilitation of the Village's current potable water system replacing approximately 29,500 Feet of water mains along with gate valves, flush hydrants, and appurtenant items of construction. Contract 2 - Water Treatment Plant Upgrades 2019; Rehabilitation of the current water treatment plant, Including but not limited to; piping replacement, blower replacement, wiring, exhaust fans, heating units, power supply boxes restoring//refinishing metal pipe/tanks, and appurtenant items of construction as shown on plans. Contract 3 - Existing Tank Renovations: Rehabilitation of the Village's existing elevated tank as detailed in contract documents, along with appurtenant items of construction as shown on plans. Contract 4 - Water System Improvements - Well: Development of water supply well, valve vault install, and appurtenant items of construction as shown on plans. The Village must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, or national origin and that all Federal, State and Local provisions shall apply. Village of Herrick reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informalities in the procurement process.
