Renovation of an educational facility in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The work of this single bid project includes electrical and mechanical distribution systems to provide updated utilities to the College Pier and new training ship. The work includes new steam piping from the central plant through the existing utility tunnel to the shore-side connection point to the pier, tunnel structural repairs, electrical pathway connections from the Phase I end point to the shore-side connection point to the pier. Work also includes minimal hazardous materials abatement, site restoration and landscaping. Plans will be available after January 18, 2022 through Dataflow, Inc. (518-463-2192 or albany@goDataflow.com). All bidders must present evidence of skill, experience and financial qualifications per Information to Bidders, Section 7 of the project specs. Subcontracting is permitted (Section 2.18 of SUCF Agreement). Principal subcontractors must be named within 48 hrs after bid opening per Information for Bidders Section 8. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule. Contact made to other staff regarding this procurement may disqualify the firm and affect future procurements with government entities in the State of New York. Estimated Range- $1,000,000 - $2,500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Contractor shall complete all work necessary for substantial completion within 300 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
