The work of this single bid project includes electrical and mechanical distribution systems to provide updated utilities to the College Pier and new training ship. The work includes new steam piping from the central plant through the existing utility tunnel to the shore-side connection point to the pier, tunnel structural repairs, electrical pathway connections from the Phase I end point to the shore-side connection point to the pier. Work also includes minimal hazardous materials abatement, site restoration and landscaping. Bidders must submit within 48 hrs either certification of its NYS VendRep questionnaire (preferred) or a signed and notarized paper CCA2 form (Version 9/13 only), Attachments A, B, and C, Appendix A form, work descriptions, and preliminary project schedule.
