This site is under the supervision of New York State Homes and Community Renewal (NYSHCR) and contract award is subject to approval by NYSCHR. No late proposals will be accepted and incomplete or non-compliant proposals will be rejected. The project consists of design specifications/ drawings, cost estimate, bid review, and on-site supervision of work. The Village of Nyack Housing Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to re-advertise for new proposals, or to waive any informalities in conjunction with any proposal, subject to the approval of the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal. No proposal will be considered if the company does not attend the meeting.
