Q & A deadline: Feb 09, 2022 5:00:00 PM EST. 20203067-018 The Successful Bidder shall be required to finally complete all Work within One hundred and fifty (150) calendar days project no. 20210000-000 General: The Work to be done under this Contract involves inspection and replacement of a portion of the aged gravity sewer within the Pelican Bay Boulevard right-of-way while maintaining wastewater service to the surrounding Pelican Bay community. The construction portion of the project consists of three (3) new polymer concrete manholes, PVC gravity sewer (780+- LF of 18" & 140+- LF of 8") with associated connections and cleanouts, gravity sewer grouting/abandonment of VCP, site restoration, and new landscaping. Also included is cleaning and video inspection of the complete gravity sewer trunkline within the Pelican Bay Boulevard right-of way. The size of this sewer varies and is comprised of approximately 2,000 LF of 8", 3,400 LF of 12", 5,500 LF 18", and 5,200 LF 24", primarily VCP. Contractor agrees to furnish and pay for all management, supervision, financing, labor, materials, tools, fuel, supplies, utilities, equipment and services of every kind and type necessary to diligently, timely, and fully perform and complete in a good and workmanlike manner the Work required by the Contract Documents. *Addendum 1 has been released.
