Project Description: The Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, project management, and site supervision as required to complete the Evergreen High School HVAC Upgrades scope of work described in the project drawings and specifications. The project is estimated to cost $350,000. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid amount, excluding applicable State of Washington taxes. Bid security shall be forfeited as damages should the Bidder neglect or refuse to enter into a contract and provide a suitable bond for performance/payment for labor and materials. The Board of Directors of Evergreen Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof and waive any informality or irregularities. Date of Substantial Completion of the Work: August 23,2022 Date of Final Completion of the Work: Fifteen (15) days after reaching Substantial Completion The building and site will be available to the Contractor on June 16, 2022.
