The Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) of the Albuquerque Metropolitan Arroyo Flood Control Authority (AMAFCA) seeks competitive sealed proposals for the Calabacillas Grade Control Structures 3a1, 3b1 and Associated Bank Protection Project. Telephone number is (505) 884-2215.New Mexico Resident Business Certificate, Appendix A (previous AMAFCA work) and the mandatory AMAFCA Campaign Contribution Disclosure Form, which is attached to and made a part of the Scope of Services. Failure to submit the complete AMAFCA Campaign Contribution Disclosure Form shall be cause to reject the proposal. Why do we request contact information Occasionally, after publication of an RFP has begun, there are addenda to the RFP to answer questions brought up by those who are thinking of submitting a proposal or to make other changes or clarifications, including changing the date proposals are due. If we know you are interested in submitting, we can get a copy of the addendum to you. If we do not know that you are thinking of submitting (i.e., you received the packet from a third party), we will not know that you are considering a submission, and will not be able to get the addendum to you. This is why we have you request the full RFP by email, rather than simply making the entire packet available on our website for download.
