Renovation of a mixed-use development in Canandaigua, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and office development.

Project Description: Project consists of renovations to existing Academy, Middle School, District Office, Operation Center and Academic and Career Center including classroom upgrades, greenhouse renovations, window replacement, ceiling/lighting replacements, mechanical equipment upgrades including replacement of unit ventilators, RTU and exterior site improvements. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount and form per the conditions provided in Instructions to Bidders. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. RFIs are due to Jessie Woughter (jwoughter@labellapc.com) by March 18th, 2022 at 12pm to be answered and included in the final addendum. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. The OWNER hereby reserves the right to waive any informality and reject any or all bids or to accept the one that, in its judgment, will be in the best interest of the OWNER. A Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany the bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. This is a prevailing wage rate job. A non-collusive bidding certificate shall be included on each bid.
