Contractor Awarded Address: Farmingdale, NY 11735-6900 USA Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $22000.00 Scope: The scope of work for this project includes the removal and replacement of Armstrong Air LG14-280,000 BTU propane gas fired furnace, using existing gas lines, and electrical wiring. Remove and replace Beckett G-10 two-stage burner. Install three new ductwork for returns in ceiling with registers, tied-in to the existing ductwork. Install three (20"x20") return filters grills. The contractor shall provide all labor and equipment to accomplish the scope of this work.
