Mechanical Upgrades to the Robson Centre located at 100 Robson Centre 855 SW Frontage Road, McBride, BC. The work will be situated in two areas of the building, the MOTI Side, and the Village Side. The major work components for this project, associated with each space, include: MOTI Side Obtain all necessary permits. Repair and/or service all fan coil units (FC-1, FC-2, and FC-3) to ensure they are operating as intended. Provisional item requested for additional cost required to replace fan coil units. Extend return air ducts in the plenum space to promote better airflow throughout the building. Replace damper actuators that regulate outdoor airflow to the return air ducts. Replace all condensing units (CON-1, CON-2, and CON-3). This includes replacing cooling coils located in each fan coil unit, along with all associated piping. Replace the existing control system. Vent the exhaust for the self-contained air conditioner located in the main server room outside the building. Properly commission and balance the entire HVAC system upon completion of the above noted work. Village Side Obtain all necessary permits. Reconfigure the existing ductwork so that it functions as a supply air duct only. Install new return air ducting so that return air is drawn from the plenum space above the Dentist's office and the Village of McBride office. Install a new air handling unit and corresponding condensing unit to provide ventilation and air conditioning to the space. Supply and install a new HVAC control system. Supply and install new supply air diffusers throughout the Village side. Install new return air grilles in the T-Bar ceiling throughout the Village side Properly commission and balance the entire HVAC system upon completion of the above noted work.
