Renovation of a water / sewer project in Biloxi, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Bids are invited for the disconnection, and removal of the existing generator, provide crane to remove and re-install, form and extend concrete pad if necessary, terminate all electrical, start-up, load bank testing and certification. Any questions regarding the electronic bidding service should be directed to Marie Ostrander at mostrander@hcua-ms.us. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of Harrison County Utility Authority, or a satisfactory bid bond, executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid for Harrison County Utility Authority " East Biloxi WWTP Admin Generator", shall be submitted with each bid. or Bids exceeding $50,000, bidder must indicate his Certificate of Responsibility Number on the outside of sealed proposal as required by Mississippi Law. For bids not exceeding $50,000, bidder must either indicate his certificate number, or else write clearly "Bid does not exceed $50,000." The Harrison County Utility Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the time set for receiving Bids.
