The City of Redmond is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms for design, property rights, and construction services for the third phase of the Redmond Central Connector (RCC) trail. The successful consultant/team will perform work such as: prepare design report, permits, plans, specifications, estimates; right of way / property rights coordination and acquisition; coordinate with artists; outreach; and perform construction engineering and inspection services. The initial consultant agreement will be for design and property rights services and will include the City's ability to continue work with the consultant under future phase(s), including the construction phase.
