Renovation of a transportation facility in Glenville, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
It should be noted that this project was previously bid with two prime contracts (General Contract and Electrical), of which the General Contract has been awarded, and the Electrical Contact is being rebid. There will be one prime bid for an Electrical Contract as part of this project. Bid Security shall be submitted with each bid as described in General Instructions to Bidders. Woman and minority owned businesses are encouraged to submit proposals. Schenectady County is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer. The County reserves the right to reject any bid if an investigation of the bidder fails to satisfy the county that the bidder is responsible and can carry out the obligations of the contract.
