The work includes pavement removal, sidewalk removal, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, grading, aggregate base, curb and gutter, HMA paving, ADA sidewalk ramps, sidewalk replacement, pavement markings, signs, and restoration. Major items: 15,000 SYD Pavement Removal 13,000 SYD HMA Paving, Base, Leveling and Wearing Courses 5,000 FT Concrete Curb and Gutter 24,000 SFT Sidewalk and Ramps 770 FT Storm Sewer, Various Sizes 2,300 FT Sanitary Sewer, 10" & 30" 2,200 FT Water Main, 6"-12 A certified check payable to the City of Port Huron, or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and a surety company, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for at least ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. All bids must be submitted on proposal forms provided by the City of Port Huron for that purpose.
