Request for Standing Offer - Placement and Repair of Asphalt Pavement, 5 CDSB Gagetown, N.B. The Department of National Defence (DND), 5 CDSB Gagetown, N.B. has a requirement for the establishment of a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO). Work under this Standing Offer includes the furnishing of all labour, materials, tools and equipment required to conduct placement and repairs of asphalt pavement in various areas of 5 CDSB Gagetown, New Brunswick. All work is to be performed in accordance with the Specification Number L-G2-9302/177 forming part of the bid document. The period of the Standing Offer will be from April 01, 2022 to March 31, 2024. A Standing Offer is an agreement and not a contract. Offerors should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the Standing Offer will be called up. Inquiries: All inquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature are to be submitted in writing to the Contractual Authority: Leesa Young, telephone - (506) 871-1716, facsimile - (506)851-6957, email leesa.young@pwgsc.gc.ca. Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond. New measures related to Covid 19 and certifications included in the solicitation documents requires attention. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
