Site work and renovation of a civil project in Campbell, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project consists of: Contract 1 - Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvements - conversion of existing aerated lagoon into Sequencing Batch Reactor in Earthen Basins. Contract 2 - Wastewater Collection System Improvements - including open cut point repair, CIPP linings, Pipe Grouting, Manhole repairs, and service line repairs. Bids shall be on unit price and lump sum price basis. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and Davis Bacon and State Prevailing wage rates to be paid under the contract, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246. MBE, WBE and Section 3-DBE bidders are encouraged to bid. Bidders should note the new requirements for OSHA training of workmen and the requirements prohibiting the employment of unauthorized aliens prohibited including the submission of an Affidavit of Work Authorization with their bids. Upon request and receipt of the non-refundable charge indicated above plus a non-refundable shipping charge, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. No pre-bid conference will be held. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Work will be substantially completed within 365 calendar days ; General Conditions within 60 calendar days after the date for substantial completion for all Contracts.
