Silverbell Rd - Twin peaks to Town limits - ST086: Located in SECTIONS 17 and 20 T-12- S, R-12-E, G & SRM, PIMA COUNTY, ARIZONA. Sanders Rd, Emigh Rd - ST086: Located in SECTION 21 T-12-S, R-ll-E, G & SRM, PIMA COUNTY, ARIZONA Twin Peaks Road - ST087: Located in SECTIONS 21, 22 and 23 T-12-S, R-ll-E, G & SRM, PIMA COUNTY, ARIZONA The 2022 Pavement restoration package consists of (3) separate restoration projects in one advertisement. Each individual project will be tracked and invoiced separately, however the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder of the combined cumulative total. The combined program will consist of 137,247 SY of rubberized chip and 637 SY of 3" Mill and fill. The mill area will be bid as lump sum, full depth (3") AC removal, PAG 2 virgin (No RAP) mix, 70-10 binder. A bid Alternate will be included for the South Marana (ST086) project that will request alternate pricing for an overlay on Sanders road. Remove and replace areas shall be completed in the winter months - chip sealing application will occur in spring when necessary temperatures have been reached. Two-way traffic must be maintained at all times. Lane shifts will be permissible. Intersection work is recommended as a night time operation
