Renovation of a mixed-use development in Currituck, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The County of Currituck, North Carolina ("County") requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from interested and qualified firms ("Proposer") for professional design and engineering services to provide solutions to leaking roof systems, develop construction documents to repair or replace the old roofing system and to provide construction administration and inspection services for five (5) county buildings: Department of Social Services, Southern Outer Banks Water System Water Treatment Plant, Currituck County Detention Center Kitchen Addition, Currituck County Cooperative Extension, College of The Albemarle - Currituck Campus ("Project"). . The County reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit qualifications. The County further reserves the right to reject all offers or award a contract which, in its judgment, is in the best interest of Currituck County. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
