North Carolina State University (herein referred to as the University) seeks proposals from qualified vendors (hereafter referred to as the Vendor) to provide various sized fire extinguishers, services, and accessory parts in accordance with the requirements of NFPA 10 - 2013 edition and the 2018 NC Building Code, Fire Prevention Section. The University implements and oversees a code compliant inspection program developed in accordance with the NC Fire Code, NFPA standards, and industry best practices. NC State University reserves the right to award the entire contract to one vendor. The initial contract period will be 12 months - from the date of award. Under the same terms and conditions contained herein, the University reserves the option to renew with the awarded vendor for four (4) additional one-year periods, not to exceed a total of 5 contract years.
