This Request for Proposals (the RFP) is an invitation by the City of Kingston (the City) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for 805 Ridley Drive Renovations, as further described in Part 2 of the RFP Particulars (the Deliverables). The Facilities Management and Construction Services (FMCS) group invites proposals from qualified proponents interested in completing renovations to 805 Ridley Drive. The Centre and East wings of the building are being renovated from a retirement residence to self contained suites. The scope of work includes: - Demolition of existing interior space - Modify entrance - New office space and Common Area - New fully accessible washroom -New mechanical and HVAC systems - Upgraded Electrical service and new lighting and equipment - Structural modifications as indicated - Replace roofing shingles - Exterior modifications and fences as indicated.
