Project Sites: a. Annapolis Development (227), 52 Sumner Street, Boston MA 02125. b. West Ninth Street (236), 185 West 9th Street, South Boston, MA 02127. The Project consists of roofing replacements at six building, including all improvements as indicated on the drawings and specifications. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Roof replacement, including the following: a. Demolition of existing roofing and related accessories. b. Selective roof sheathing replacement c. Selective baffle installation d. New asphalt shingle roofing and flashing e. New gutters and downspouts f. Replacement of wood trim and fascia with new cellular PVC trim g. Replacement of soffit vents h. New insulated roof access panels in ceilings, including patching plaster and painting. i. Cleaning of existing rain leaders drains to basement cleanouts j. The Work includes repairs to existing landscaping and construction as required to restore the premises to the condition existing prior to start of construction.
