The McHenry County Planning and Development Department is seeking qualified vendors to complete infrastructure in the Hennings Subdivision. This BID is part of the completion which will include the manholes, lift station, and wastewater treatment plant. February 03, 2022 Vendor Questions Submitted via E-Mail Due No Later than 4:00PM CST February 10, 2022 Vendor Questions Answered via Addendum No Later than 4:00PM CST On behalf of the Hennings Subdivision Homeowners Association (HOA), McHenry County is using the funds the developer deposited as a performance guarantee to complete the infrastructure. The proposed construction consists of adding components that the original Hennings Subdivision developer omitted, and replacing components that are in need of replacement or upgrade, which includes generators, transfer switches, blower, aftercooler, air compressor, irrigation pump, chemical diaphragm pump, comminutor rebuild, instruments, and controls. It also consists of work the developer failed to complete, and upgrade of items that have deteriorated since the developer constructed them, which work includes manhole rehabilitation, drywall taping, painting, staining, soffit repair, roof inspection/repair, and other miscellaneous items of work.
