The documents required for the tender will be available on January 18 on the site of the Electronic Tendering System. The deadline for filing a complaint about the public body adjudication or award process is January 28, 2022 . Bidders are required to comply with the Contract Management Regulations issued by the municipality of Port-Daniel-Gascons. Tenderers must complete the declarations pertaining to said by-law, which are attached to the tender documents and submit them to the Municipality with their tender. To be considered admissible, all tenders must comply with the tender documents, be completed on the forms provided with the estimate and be accompanied by the requested documents. The responsibility of the Municipality is in no way engaged due to the fact that the opinions or any documents conveyed by the electronic system contain any errors or omissions whatsoever.
