All Requests for Information (RFI) must be submitted by email to Ms. Jessica Hauber at jessica.hauber@rve.com by Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at 12:00 PM This project, located within Cooper River Park in the Township of Pennsauken, Camden County, New Jersey, consists of the construction of site improvements adjacent to an existing stone parking area located adjacent to Park Boulevard. Specifically, the contract includes, but is not limited to, the following major components: Demolition of an existing plaza area. Removal of a portion of the existing stone parking area. Installation of a new paver plaza area complete with benches, pergolas and flagpoles. Construction of new concrete sidewalks for pedestrian circulation. Construction of new concrete pad to be utilized for ADA parking. Construction of a new bocce ball viewing area complete with benches and decorative pergolas. Landscaping and lighting. The entire project must be completed in One-Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days.
