Reference number : 1561447 Review Title : Machinery service contract and supply, transport and storage of compaction sand for various municipal works Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-01-28 Submission sent electronically accepted: Non The City of Saint-Lin-Laurentides wishes to provide a heavy machinery service with operator for various construction and/or repair and/or maintenance work on municipal works (public works). The Tenderer must also supply , transport and store the compaction sand (class A) necessary for carrying out certain works. The contract to be entered into between the Tenderer and the City will have a duration of one (1) year, starting on February 1 , 2022 and ending on January 31, 2022 . Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee issued in favor of the City of Saint-Lin-Laurentides in the amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000). This bid security may be issued in the form of a certified check or a bank draft drawn on an incorporated Canadian bank or a credit union, payable to the City of Saint-Lin-Laurentides or a surety bond of tender issued in favor of the City of Saint-Lin-Laurentides by an insurer holding an insurer's license issued by the Inspector General of Financial Institutions and authorizing it to carry out guarantee activity within the meaning of the Insurance Act . This guarantee must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of opening of tenders.
