Engineering, Design, and Construction Drawings for White Sulphur Road Realignment Hall County Board Commissioners is seeking proposals from engineering consultants/contractors, or teams of contractors, to design and engineer the White Sulphur Road realignment and Cagle Road Base and Paving components including grading, vertical and horizontal geometry, Right-of-Way limits, Storm water management, Utilities (a new public water line/hydrants, appurtenances and tie-ins to existing water should be included), Erosion control, etc. Design to comply with all applicable Hall County standards. (White Sulphur Road vertical alignment should consider access considerations for future developments on both sides of the proposed roadway.). Consultant to prepare Construction Plans and documents necessary for the permitting and construction of the improvements above. A Bid Bond, in the amount of not less than 5% of the base bid, must be submitted with the bid. The successful bidder shall be required to provide a Payment Bond and Performance Bond, each in the amount not less than 100% of the total bid amount, at the signing of the contract. Successful bidders shall provide insurance in the amount of at least one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) as required by the bid document.
