Site work and paving for a road / highway in Midland, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Bids are to be electronically submitted through the service (fees apply) prior to the above state time. No paper bids will be accepted.Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 is required. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Clinton County, Clark Township as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration, 614.644.2239. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to accept the lowest and best bid, reject any and all bids, and to waive any irregularities in bids.
