Estimated cost: $43,047.90 The project consists of the removal of the existing traffic control devices and all associated appurtenances including the existing poles and furnishing and installing new strain pole, flashing beacons, control cabinet and all other appurtenances as necessary and required for a complete and operational system. Construction shall include: strain pole foundations, two (2) steel 30 foot strain poles, flash beacons, controller with cabinet, span wire, disconnects, electrical connectors, coordination with Consumers Energy and Traffic control. Electronic Bidding Documents will be furnished free-of-charge by registering with Wolverine Engineers & Surveyors, Inc. All bidders MUST register with Engineer by sending an email to janicer@wolveng.com requesting to be added to the bidders list. Registering ensures timely receipt of all addenda. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the ship-ping method chosen. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of the Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Contract Documents for the project will be on file and available for inspection at the offices of the City of Mason, 201 W. Ash St. Mason, MI 48854; and at the offices of Wolverine Engineers and Surveyors, Inc. 312 North Street, Mason, MI 48854 The Contractor is solely responsible to obtain any and/or all Addenda as may be issued for this project.
