Project No. 0312-2295 Construction Estimate $ 720,000.00 to $ 850,000.00 Construct 7 composting toilets and the associated site work at the Colorado Canyon Area, Closed Canyon Area, La Cuesta Area, Lower Madera Canyon Composting Toilet #1, Upper Madera Canyon Composting Toilet #2, Grassy Banks Composting Toilet #1, and West Contrabando Composting Toilet #1. Construct accessible parking space at the existing Grassy Banks Composting Toilet #2. Demo and remove the existing Eloo Evaporative Toilet at the Colorado Canyon Area. All work shall be completed within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days commencing on the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. This performance period includes completing the various aspects required to complete the Work, including submission of all Submittals, mobilization, procurement, installation, testing, inspection and delivery of documents described in the Uniform General Conditions, Article 12, 12.1.1.1. In order to receive the Teams(TM) calendar invitation to the pre-bid on-line video conference, Bidders must pre-register. Following the on-line video conference, the PowerPoint(TM) presentation will be posted to the Electronic State Business Daily. Prior to the on-line video conference, TPWD'S Contract Manager will send an email calendar invitation containing information about joining the on-line video conference to each requestor.
