Renovation of a mixed-use development in Laramie, Wyoming. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
All bids must be furnished on forms supplied by the Albany County School District No. 1. Sealed envelopes containing bids shall be clearly marked with the project title and shall show the name and address of the Bidder. Bids which are not prepared and filed in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders may be rejected. The School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and the right to waive irregularities or informalities in bids received. Public Address System Upgrades at Rock River and Whiting Schools consisting generally of replacement the existing public address (PA) system with a new system capable of communication with separate zones for hallways, exterior, and separate grades (Rock River). During bidding, inquiries that are administrative in nature shall be directed to the Owner's Representative, 7220 Consulting, Roger Strube, PE at roger@7220consulting.com. Technical inquiries shall be directed to Rick Shields, PE, Senior Electrical Engineer, Environment and Infrastructure, Wood PLC. rick.shields@woodplc.com. The cut-off date for questions, alternates, and substitution requests is Friday, February 11, 2022, 5:00 PM.
