CITY OF QUINCY, ILLINOIS The project consists of removing existing vitrified clay sewer pipe and brick manholes; furnishing and installing approximately three hundred twenty-five (325) lineal feet of 12" PVC sewer pipe, eighty-one (81) lineal feet of 18" PVC sewer pipe, three (3) precast concrete manholes and one (1) precast inlet; reconnecting existing sewer laterals; removal and replacement of approximately seven hundred ten (710) square yard of Portland cement concrete (PCC) pavement; removal and replacement of approximately two hundred fifty (250) lineal feet of PCC curb and gutter; and related improvements. The City Council of Quincy reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities. No bid may be withdrawn after the time for opening of the bids is past.
