Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Leonia, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the construction of a 16,221-square-foot, two-story above grade fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; municipal facility; and municipal facility.

The new two-story Police/Court Building is approximately 16,221sf in total. The proposed construction type is Type IIB. A. General: Cooperate fully with Owner so work may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying work under this Contract or work by Owner. Coordinate the Work of this Contract with work performed by Owner. B. Preceding Work: Owner will perform the following construction operations at Project site. Those operations are scheduled to be substantially complete before work under this Contract begins. 1. Demolition of existing structures. C. Concurrent Work: Owner will perform the following construction operations at Project site. Those operations will be conducted simultaneously with Work under this Contract. 1. Audio/visual, CCTV, CATV, data wiring and equipment. D. Subsequent Work: Owner will perform the following additional work at site after Substantial Completion. Completion of that work will depend on successful completion of preparatory Work under this Contract. 1. Furniture and fixtures. General: Cooperate fully with separate contractors so work on those contracts may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying Work under this Contract or other contracts. Coordinate the Work of this Contract with work performed under separate contracts.
