Site work for a water / sewer project in South Kingstown, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Video Inspection and lining of approximately 2,750 LF of 24" sewer pipe, rehabilitation of 11 sewer manholes, and replacement of existing diversion chamber with a new pre-cast concrete manhole. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee in the amount of Twenty Percent (20%) of the Base Bid Amount. The Contractor to whom the contract is awarded will be required to post performance and payment bonds in the amount of One-Hundred Percent (100%) of the contract price. Bonds shall be executed on Engineer's Joint Contract Documents Committee format (EJCDC No. C-610, EJDC No. C-615 or on comparable format which is approved in advance by the Quonset Development Corporation). The bonds shall be issued by a company that is acceptable to the Quonset Development
