Site work, renovation and addition to a stadium in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the addition of a stadium; for the renovation of a stadium; and for site work for a stadium.
The University of Nebraska intends to procure a qualified Design Builder (DB) to provide design and construction services for the Varsity and Auxiliary Lockers provided for the North Stadium Expansion Project. The total budget for the design, construction, delivery and installation of locker and accessories is $1,100,000. The University of Nebraska-Lincoln is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide all material and labor to provide and install an estimated 105 varsity football lockers and 60 auxiliary football lockers for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln North Stadium Expansion project. The Owners Construction Manager will provide soffits, power to lockers, ventilation to vent cabinet space for lockers, and data for each locker. Coordination of work with the Owner and the projects Construction Manager will be required. Please see additional locker details/requirements in RFQ.
