Wyoming Life Resource Center (WLRC) Commissary Building Chiller Replacement & Building Automation Upgrade. - Chiller replacement and building automation upgrade This project will consist of: - Furnishing all labor, material, services and equipment required for the chiller replacement & building automation upgrade. - Estimated Project Completion date is: Chiller must be substantially complete and operable by June 10, 2022 Controls and remainder of project substantially complete by July 15, 2022 Start of construction to begin March 1st,2022 Bidders in attendance at the Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting are required to represent the company from which they are employed. A bid security of 10% of the total Bid Price will be required of all Bidders. A 100% Performance and Payment Bond of the accepted bid will also be required.
