On Building B, the replacement of one door, frame, and hardware, and the replacement of the hardware only on a separate door. SBBC reserves the right to reject any bid/proposal not received on or before the date and time due. A M/WBE Prime who is self-performing must perform a minimum of 15% of the work with its own labor force pursuant to Document 00425 - Certificate of Intent. Therefore, fifteen percent (15%) will be counted as self-performance by the MWBE Prime, towards the twenty-nine percent (29%) Goal requirements of the solicitation. The remaining percentage to meet this solicitation's goal must be performed by SBBC-certified M/WBE subcontractor(s).
