Renovation of a mixed-use development in Royal Oak, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Royal Oak Schools will be receiving bids for the following bid package: Door Hardware Bid Certified check, money order or Bid Bond by an approved surety company must accompany each proposal in an amount not less than 5% of the bid amount. Price proposal shall be good for a period of no less than 60 days from the bid date, unless otherwise noted. Bid Bond can be included with the bid through Buildingconnected.com. The Board reserves the right to waive any irregularities, reject any or all bids, or accept any bid when in the opinion of the Board such action will best serve the District's interest. The recommendation for award will be submitted to the Board of Education at the regular Board of Education Meeting to be held on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at 7:00 PM. Scope of work: Contractor to include two price options for consideration. The first is to provide material only for installation by the owner. The second is to provide and install all the units. The following are the number of devices to be provided and/or installed at each school; Unit to be used are NIGHTLOCK - Lockdown 1 Addams - 72 units Keller - 65 units Northwood - 43 units Oakland - 44 units Oak Ridge - 47 units Upton - 36 units ROMS - 153 units ROHS - 189 units Churchill - 37 units TOTAL - 686 units
