Removal of Architectural Barriers at Crawford County Municipal Facilities
Installation of a new wood ramp to accommodate the side entrance to the voting room. Work to include a new exterior door and hardware as well as removal of existing voting booths. Work to also include installation of a bituminous concrete parking pad. Work shall also include other items as necessary to provide a complete project.
Addenda, if any, will be issued only to those persons whose name and address are on record with the Engineer as having obtained the bidding documents. The project is being carried out with funding from the Crawford County CDBG Program allocation coming from the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development. Full compliance with prevailing Davis Bacon Wage Rates, equal employment opportunity, Copeland Anti- Kickback Act, and all other applicable Federal, State or Municipal Regulations is required. Bidders for this contract shall have completed projects similar in character and scope and will be required to provide with the Bid a Qualiications Statements for prime and subcontractors. Bids must be submitted on the forms prescribed. The Owner reserves the right, as its interests may require, to reject any and all bids or waive any formalities or technicalities. s 5% MBE 3% WBE;
The work will be substantially completed by April 1, 2022, and completed and ready for final payment on April 15, 2022.
