Scope of work includes, but is not limited to the removal, disposal, grading and installation of concrete curb, sidewalk, ramps and worksite restoration. The work shall conform to the most current edition of the FDOT Design Manual and Standard Plans for Road and Bridge Construction, Broward County Traffic Engineering Division and City of Weston Standards and Specifications. The work shall be performed all in accordance with the documents attached herein: a) scope of work; and b)Exhibit A, Project plans; and c)Terms and Conditions of the City of Weston Purchase Order (Exhibit B). The work shall be performed at Various locations in South Post Road and Saddle Club Rd in Weston, Florida. The Contractor is strongly advised to review and familiarize with the site and the required work prior to submitting this informal bid. South Post Road and (Swan Lakes Blvd., Public Works Services Building, St Katharine Catholic Church.) Saddle Club Rd and (Savannah Trail, Glades Pkwy/ Royal Palm Blvd, Indian Trace Blvd, Weston lakes Plaza Entrances.) Contractor are advised to visit site and verify the scope of work. Additional work identified during site visits may be added to the items listed below in an addendum. 1.
