New Station 3 Building for Vischer Ferry Fire District Contract No. 3 - Mechanical City invites contractors to bid on Multiple Prime Contracts to demolish existing Station #3 and complete construction of a New Fire Station #3 Building for the Vischer Ferry Fire District, project is located at 276 Moe Road, Clifton Park, NY 12065. the Add Alternate shall include all plumbing work associated with the installation of the gas piping from the Mechanical/Electrical Room to the generator itself. The valve and tee off the gas service piping to serve the generator shall be included in the Base Bid. The project is tax exempt and New York State prevailing wage rates will apply. Commencement Date: Approximately March 14, 2022. A. Substantial Completion for base bid work shall be obtained by March 31, 2023. B. Final Completion shall be achieved within 14 days from Substantial Completion. Mechanical Contract – Budget $250,000
