The Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials and other incidentals for construction of a new 1,754 Sf. wood framed addition and remodel to and existing office building. The property address is 2031 B Hospital Drive Sedro Woolley, WA. The project is subject to the Special Provisions, the Standard Specifications including the amendments there to and Contract Documents here under. The Architect's estimate is $2.4 million. Certified check, bank cashier's check or bid bond congruent with the Form of Bid Bond as identified in the "Instructions to Bidders" is required to be submitted with each proposal, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total basic bid plus additive alternate bids (if applicable). Make bid security payable to the United General District 304, furnish bond execut- ed by a licensed bonding agency authorized to do business in the locality of the Project.
