Please submit your lowest hourly rental rate quote or price per mile, along with equipment specifications for the mowing of municipal right-of-ways. Rental rates quoted must include qualified operator and all related operations costs. Also include in your proposal the availability of your equipment and staff throughout the summer months, or the latest possible date which all mowing must be requested by. In accordance with municipal policy, the Contractor must maintain commercial general liability insurance of not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence. Work will be coordinated by the Councillor for the area and all work locations will be located with the RM of Mountain. This quotation shall not be interpreted by the Contractor as an obligation on the part of the RM of Mountain to provide work, or as a representative that work is available. The municipality is not required to accept a bid if Council decides not to proceed with the projects, if all bids are too high, or if none meet the needs of the municipality.
