Site work for a water / sewer project in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of February 8, 2022, project was not yet awarded. Project is expected to be awarded on February 8, 2022 evening. Furnishing and installation of approximately 1,940 L.F. of 8-inch diameter PVC water line and appurtenances to replace existing water line. Work includes 20 service line replacements and approximately 2,750 S.Y. of 1-1/2-inch mill and overlay. Project Cost Estimate: $476,000 Anticipated Contract Award Date: February 8, 2022 Proposed Start Date: March 1, 2022 Estimated Completion Date: May 31, 2022 Work shall be completed within 90 calendar days following issuance of a Notice to Proceed The work to be done under this Contract, as shown on the Contract Plans and Specifications, shall include the furnishing and complete installation of all materials and any other necessary work required for proper completion, operation and use of the facilities. All the equipment, materials and labor that may be necessary to complete the work and place it in satisfactory operation, implied or intended in the Plans and Specifications, shall be furnished and/or installed without extra cost to the OWNER. The titles or headings of the various divisions, sections, paragraphs, subparagraphs or of Drawings, and the Table of Contents and the indices, as used in any of the Contract Documents are for convenience of reference only and are not intended to limit and shall not be construed as in any way limiting the application of the text.
