**As of March 24, 2022 all bids were rejected because of budget overrun. A timeline for re-bid has not yet been established.** Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's or trust company treasurer's check, or approved surety company's bid bond made payable to Borough of Mount Pleasant in the amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the base bid. Successful bidder must provide a 100% Performance Bond and a certificate of insurance covering Workmen's Compensation, Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance before beginning work. PA Prevailing Wages apply to this project.
