Purpose of Request for Quotes The City of White House is soliciting quotes from qualified organizations interested in providing and installing new fence for two areas at the Municipal Park. One area is the Parks Maintenance Shop and the second area is Field 5 at the ball park Scope of Services The selected firm will be required to provide and install a fence for the areas in the pictures below. The fence for the Maintenance Building (located at Municipal Park Hwy 76 behind High School Football Field) is 6' tall, the front is 195' of 6' high grey galvanized 14-gauge fence, the side is 215' of 6' high grey galvanized 14-gauge fencing and the back is 170' of 6' high grey galvanized 14-gauge fencing. Please price the front, side and back individually. The fence for Field 5 (located at Municipal Park below the High School Football parking lot and behind the JR. Pro Football Field) is specified as follows: Foul lines and outfield--515' of 4' high galvanized 9-gauge fence. Dugouts to Backstop is 160' of 8' high galvanized 9-gauge fencing. Backstop is 60' long section that is 12' high--has 4' wing that comes off of that which sits at 45 degree angle. Please price each area individually. Insurance Requirement-The Contractor shall provide general liability insurance in the minimum amount of one ($1,000,000) million and name the City of White House as an Additional Insured. Proof of Workers Compensation insurance (if applicable) will be required as evidenced by a certificate.
