Renovation of an educational facility in Sullivan, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 5,909-square-foot educational facility.
Project no: 2022-001 Board for the Southwest School Corporation will receive sealed bids for a single, general contract for the Sullivan Elementary and Middle School Cafeteria Renovation. The project will include the renovation of an existing 5,909 SF area and an addition of 472 SF area located on the Sullivan Elementary and Middle School Campus. The building will be renovated to facilitate the Kitchen and Cafeteria areas for the Southwest School Corporation. The Southwest School Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received or to accept any proposal which is deemed most favorable to the Southwest School Corporation at the time and under the conditions stipulated in the Contract Documents. Addenda and other pertinent information important to quoting will likewise be posted to the FTP site. It will be the sole responsibility of Contractors using the FTP site to verify if such information is posted. Proposed Construction Schedule: Owner desires to issue a Notice to Proceed on Tuesday, February 22, 2022. Spring Break is March 21-25, 2022. The last day of School is Thursday, May 26, 2022. A Partial Substantial Completion date is Friday, August 05, 2022. The first day of School is Wednesday, August 10, 2022. this is a nine (9) +/- month Construction Schedule.
